Crafts by Jo is a New Zealand-based handcraft business selling decorative pot people and related handmade items. All products are made by hand in New Zealand.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

- Use it to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems

Products and pricing
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
- Because all products are handmade, minor variations in colour, finish, and size are a natural characteristic of the craft — these are not defects
- Product images are representative; your item may vary slightly from what is shown
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to withdraw products from sale at any time
Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including where:
- A product is no longer in stock after your payment is taken
- Pricing or product information contained an error
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
Payment
Payment arrangements are confirmed directly between you and Crafts by Jo. We do not store any card or payment details.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship within New Zealand only unless otherwise stated
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you once your order is dispatched
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note:
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
- As all items are handmade to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
- Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not limited by these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and the design of our products — is owned by or licensed to Crafts by Jo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crafts by Jo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer protection law.
